Service: I came for a yoga class
Anat's yoga class at the studio exceeded my expectations in every way. The atmosphere was so calming and the space had a depth that took me by surprise - it was much more than just another yoga session. Anat begins each class with a reading, setting an incredibly profound intention for our practice which really resonates with me. Her guidance throughout is clear and helpful, ensuring I get the most out of every pose and sequence. Not only did the class surpass my fitness goals, but I left feeling uplifted and spiritually elevated. The location of the studio is great too, with plenty of parking nearby which adds to the hassle-free experience.

Service: Yoga teaching classes
I've been attending Sara's yoga classes at Sara Sútra for the past two years, and it has been a wonderful experience. I originally joined as a hobby to improve my yoga skills, and thanks to Sara's awesome teaching, I've made significant progress. Her studio is spacious and comfortable, with carpets indoors and a lovely garden view that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Besides the regular group classes, I've also participated in two of her events which included singing and workshops—these were well-organized and enjoyable. The environment she creates is always perfectly suited for yoga practice.

Service: Hatha yoga lesson
I attended a Hatha yoga lesson at YOGA DEVY and was really impressed with the instructor, Devy. She provided clear instructions and made sure everyone was comfortable, regardless of their skill level. The atmosphere in the class was calming and welcoming, making it easy to relax and focus on the practice. Devy's attention to detail helped me improve my poses significantly. The pace of the class was perfect; not too fast but still challenging. Afterward, I felt rejuvenated and more flexible than before. Highly recommend her classes for anyone looking to enhance their yoga experience!

Service: Private reformer pilate sessions on Karin's studio or at my home, once a week for about an hour
I've been attending pilates classes with Karin for over two years now, usually once but sometimes twice a week, and it's been an incredible experience. When I started, I hadn't been active and wasn't in great shape, but Karin made me feel comfortable and confident right from the start. She's attentive to my back and neck issues, always ensuring I'm using the right muscles without bombarding me with technical jargon. Our classes are very personalized; it's just me for an hour, and she always comes prepared. Whether we're in her beautiful studio filled with calming scents of cinnamon and lemon or at my home when the studio isn't available, she adapts seamlessly. Karin pushes me to improve while maintaining a good balance between progress and challenge. Beyond pilates, she offers advice on nutrition and meditation which contributes to an overall transformative journey – I'm now more flexible with greater strength than before. Her positivity is infectious; she's always smiling, has amazing music selections during sessions that keep things engaging. Simply put—my weekly sessions with Karin have become something I greatly look forward to for both physical health and mental well-being.

Service: yoga retreat
I attended a 4-day yoga & surf retreat organized by Sonia and it was an intense, yet fantastic experience. The focus was on Swasthya Yoga, which is a form of yoga from Brazil. We didn't surf every day, but it was rather about rather building up to it and understanding how yoga can enhance your balance for surfing. It wasn't just about the physical but also about the spiritual journey. Sonia sat next to me and translated those sessions that were in Portuguese-- she's very caring, smart and incredibly charming, and passionate about her work.
